About QEAS
Queensland Economic Advocacy Solutions was set up by Nick Behrens following two decades of experience representing and researching issues impacting on Queensland’s and Australia's small businesses and the not for profit sector (NFP).
How we work
QEAS can be engaged for either a special project (for the entire project or just the parts you need help with) or on an ongoing basis. We will take the time to understand your unique challenge and create a partnership with you to tailor a solution. With your guidance QEAS will:
Assess: We will meet with you free of charge to understand the challenge, discuss how we can help, identify a range of initial and potential options, identify influencers and discuss other issues of relevance.
Decide: We will provide a draft scope of works, proposed timeframes, milestones and fees. Following agreement between parties QEAS will provide a formal engagement letter.
Execute: In short everything we promise we deliver.
QEAS engages with confidentiality, integrity and provides a realistic indication of anticipated outcomes.
